Gary Cain

Mr. Cain is the CEO of Urban Real Estate and has over 30 years of real estate and marketing experience. Mr. Cain’s extensive years of experience in real estate, land development, management, leadership and business have been reflected through his accomplished work.

Among his many awards he has recently been awarded the 2008 Real Estate Project of the Year award for his Windcrest development in the City of San Antonio.  In addition, Mr. Cain has managed over one hundred thousand acres of residential and commercial property, and over one million square feet of commercial developments, including office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, condominiums, hotels and motels.

In Texas, Mr. Cain has done a significant amount of real estate business including 300,000 sq. ft. of office building developments, 500,000 sq. ft. of shopping center developments, and over 10,000 acres of land development and acquisition.  
Mr. Cain’s other U.S. accomplishments include: in Tennessee he has developed over 1,000 acres of residential subdivisions; in Arizona he helped develop over 100 acres of z-lot residential units; in Utah he helped develop over 2,000 condominiums; in Colorado and Nevada he developed a combination of over 1,000 acres of mix-use and land development; in Florida he developed over 100 acres of high-end subdivisions; and in Louisiana he developed over 300,000 sq. ft. of hospital facilities.  Finally, Mr. Cain has designed or built over 500 custom homes across the United States.
