Thomas W. Conlee

Thomas W. Conlee received a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Texas A&M University in 1978. After graduation, Mr. Conlee was hired by the Duke Companies as an assistant superintendent on multi-family projects. He soon was promoted to superintendent and remained in the field for several years. Mr. Conlee was moved into the office as Chief Estimator/Purchasing Agent and as Project Manager. He was responsible for plan development, job bidding, budgets, contracts, purchase orders, decorator coordination and many other activities throughout Texas.

At the age of 30, Mr. Conlee formed his first company and moved to Corpus Christi for seven years. His company was involved in custom homes, office finish out and renovation work. Mr. Conlee returned to San Antonio in 1993 after the Texas economy started to recover and he partnered with John C. White to pursue multi-family projects.

Mr. Conlee has always been a hands on person. He started framing houses and duplexes at the age of 15. He welded and set cabinets in college to help pay expenses. He understands hard work and what it takes to get the job done right.
