Mark T. Flinn is the Executive Vice President of Construction Management for FAS Construction Management, Inc. He has over twenty years experience in Project Management and Construction Supervision. He has specific experience in Cast-in-Place Construction, Tilt-up/Precast Construction, Steel Erection, Renovation, and Environmental Remediation. Mr. Flinn has experience in building hotels, resort properties, parking garages, commercial office buildings, high rise buildings, banks, roadways, industrial warehouses, gymnasiums, retail buildings and others. He has been involved in large projects that include airport terminal renovations, resort development, commercial high rise, high-end resort home construction and large retail development. Mr. Flinn is experienced in contaminated soil/air/water remediation, landfill capping operations, drainage channel construction, and remediation equipment design and installation. Mr. Flinn has International experience that ranges from initial job reviews to project director in areas of Mexico and the Caribbean. He has obtained Security clearance for military installations. He is a certified Construction Inspector and a Certified Construction Project Manager. He studied geology at West Virginia University and received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
