Lee Orr

Lee Orr has recently formed a joint venture with Beucler Properties in Mexico to procure and execute new development transactions there. The new entity will build a team of very experienced, high quality Mexican nationals with the capability of managing acquisitions, entitlement, land and building development, leasing and sales across a number of product types. The team will focus on industrial, retail and residential development opportunities across the geography of Mexico, from the resort areas to the Border to the interior of the country.

Lee brings 18 years of experience in the real estate industry to this new joint venture. Eleven of those years have been focused intently in land and building development, leasing and sales of those assets. Lee worked exclusively in Mexico, focusing on markets from Mexico City to the Border, for 7 years. He and his family lived in Monterrey and Queretaro for 5 of those years.

Prior to forming this new company. Lee has held senior leadership positions at Hillwood Development, Hines Interests and CB Commercial.
