John C. White

John C. White has a B.A. degree from North Texas State University and a J.D. (law) degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. For more than 16 years, he was founding partner, co-owner, president, and chief construction officer of the Duke Companies. During those years, Duke built 12,000 units and was No. 7 in the nation in 1983, according to Professional Builder Magazine.

Mr. White pursued new opportunities during the economically slow years of 1987 to 1992. He formed several partnerships which specialized in the acquisition, renovation and resale of existing multi-family properties.

Mr. White also has built commercial and single family housing in San Antonio. He is well known in the industry for quality, integrity and attention to detail.
