Bill Wurzbach

Mr. Wurzbach is a co-founder of FAS Construction Management, Inc. and serves as President. He has more than twenty-seven years of experience in commercial construction working as a Company Executive, Division Manager, Project Manager, Construction Consultant and Expert Witness for construction matters. His experience in construction project management includes industrial facilities, aircraft maintenance hangers, commercial office buildings, hotels, resorts, multi-family housing, food service facilities, schools, convenience stores and others. He has also worked extensively with Federal Government Contracts involving the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and the Corps of Engineers.

Mr. Wurzbach is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Society of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineers and the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders.

He has been a guest speaker to the National Association of Surety Bond Producers, the Bay Area Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, Americas Community Bankers and has published a technical paper for the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas.
