Roger A. Burke serves as the Director
of Development for Beucler Properties, International and Hospitality
Divisions. As Director, Roger oversees the International and
Hospitality Divisions from strategic perspective and is responsible
for securing and coordinating new development opportunities.
Roger is active throughout the development process starting
from project underwriting, securing debt and equity, through
construction and completion and ultimately asset disposition.
Mr. Burke has specialized in national and international consulting,
development and appraisal services since 1989 and has developed
a comprehensive expertise in the analytical and strategic aspects
of real estate transactions. Most recently he was Managing Director
of Insignia/ESG Capital Advisors (now CB Richard Ellis) where
he provided brokerage, due diligence and technical support for
the southwest region of the United States, Mexico and Argentina.
During his earlier tenure in Los Angeles, Roger specialized
in real estate development consulting, international investment
consulting, litigation support, appraisal and institutional
portfolio analysis. Property types included hotels, office,
master planned communities offering a combination of single
family, commercial and industrial uses; subsidized housing;
Federal Tax Credit projects; commercial and industrial planned
developments; and regional shopping centers. Roger was born
in Medellin, Colombia S.A. and graduated from Loyola Marymount
University in Los Angeles.
