David L. Grimm serves as the Controller
for Beucler Properties. As Controller, Mr. Grimm is responsible
for all accounting and financial activities of the organization,
including treasury, banking relationships, tax planning and
budgeting. In addition, Mr. Grimm manages all IT maintenance
and planning, risk management and employee benefit programs.
Prior to joining Beucler Properties, Mr. Grimm most recently
held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Interactive
Remarketing, an organization which was purchased from eBay Motors
to offer outsourced vehicle sales for financial institutions.
Responsibilities at Interactive Remarketing included the appraisal
of all financial operating results, budgets, operating policies
and trends. Mr. Grimm also managed employee benefits, risk management,
regulatory reporting and proprietary systems planning. Prior
to Interactive Remarketing, Mr. Grimm was the founder and CEO
of Sarco Productions, LLC, a software development firm which
developed CD-ROM and Intranet training applications for a variety
of industries. Before founding Sarco Productions, Mr. Grimm
spent nine years with Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (KNCI:NYSE) serving
initially as their Corporate Controller and then as Director
of Internal Audit for global operations. During his career at
KCI, Mr. Grimm was a key member of the management team that
executed a Corporate LBO and subsequent IPO and well as active
participation in numerous acquisitions, both domestic and foreign.
KCI is a worldwide leader in the rental and sale of therapeutic
medical products. Mr. Grimm began his professional career at
J.C. Calhoun and Company, a San Antonio public accounting firm
serving as a staff accountant. Mr. Grimm graduated from Southwest
Texas State University with a BBA in accounting. Mr. Grimm is
a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.
