Brad C. Hescock serves as the Director
of Development for Beucler Properties, Multifamily and Senior
Living Divisions. As Director, Brad oversees the Multifamily
and Senior Living Divisions from strategic perspective and is
responsible for securing and coordinating new development opportunities.
Brad is active throughout the development process starting from
project underwriting, securing debt and equity, through construction
and completion and ultimately asset disposition.
Mr. Hescock served as the President/CEO of DOXA Development
Group, LLC, a Dallas-based real estate development and consulting
firm. DOXA was formed in September 2004 to pursue development
opportunities in the multifamily, student housing, and residential
asset classes. Before starting DOXA, Mr. Hescock was the Chief
Financial Officer of Madison Communities, a general residential
development firm in Plano, Texas. That develops student housing,
multifamily residential housing and single family subdivisions
. Mr. Hescock was responsible for closing $37mm in real estate
transactions. Mr. Hescock has previously served as the Asset/Portfolio
manager overseeing the joint venture portfolio of Pinnacle Realty
Management Company, the nation’s largest third-party multifamily
property management firm. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Hescock served
as a Development and Asset management Associate for Archon Residential,
a Goldman Sachs entity. Mr. Hescock holds a B.B.A. degree in
Finance and Real Estate from Texas Tech University.
