Clint Holland joined Beucler Properties
in February 2005 and serves as the Director of Development –
Healthcare and Self Storage Divisions. As Director, Clint oversees
the Healthcare and Self Storage Divisions from strategic perspective
and is responsible for securing and coordinating new development
opportunities. Clint is active throughout the development process
starting from project underwriting, securing debt and equity,
through construction and completion and ultimately asset disposition.
Prior to joining Beucler Properties, Clint handled asset management
and analyst duties at Hudson Advisors, the management division
of Lone Star Funds. His responsibilities included the management
of real estate assets valued in excess of $100 Million and included
product types such as multi-family apartments, retail, hotel,
and office buildings across North America.
Clint received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree
from Texas Christian University and his Master of Business Administration
degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
