of more than 130 senior living projects. BP Senior Living focuses
on “Campus Style” developments ranging from 120 –
200 units that include Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL)
and Alzheimer (ALZ) care in a rental CCRC (Continuum of Care Retirement
Community) format. Current target markets include Texas, New Mexico
and Colorado with an average deal capitalization of $20 to $30 Million.
