BP and its affiliates have been involved
in the development, construction and construction management of more
than 100 Self Storage projects. Self Storage Partners LP, a BP affiliate,
formed a joint venture with Prudential Real Estate Investors and other
experienced self storage developers to roll out a national development
program in the self storage industry.
Currently the development team has projects under development at an
estimated market capitalization in excess of $50 million. To date
projects have been completed in Alabama, California, Michigan, Missouri,
New Mexico and Texas.
